My portrait of Kezia Agyemanboafo, a local lady, was captured the image while exploring the grounds within El Wak Stadium during the AfroFuture Music Festival, held on its last night in Accra, Ghana, 30 Dec 2023. Faced with poor and often fluctuating sources of light (not unusual and expected under these circumstances), I saw this lady on the ground with her face perfectly lit, and immediately asked if I could take a photo. I promised to complete a portrait and send her a copy. She nodded her approval, I took the shot, received her email, and later fulfilled my promise to her.
